Chant, dance, move ….. let the meditation music set you free!
Mantra Dance combines the soul’s innate desire to move and be free, with transcendental sound vibration or mantra. You will feel all of your burdens, worries and fears fly away and be replaced with spiritual freedom. It is an opportunity to connect to the Divine and literally dance your cares away. Mantra Dance is the ultimate form of ecstatic dance, and nourishes the soul’s deepest needs.
The journey will begin mindfully with community and connection. Then dropping in, breathwork and yoga stretching warm ups. Next connection with sacred sound begins. Discovering it as a place where we can perfectly rest and be wholeheartedly embraced. We flow and sing with simple yoga/dance movements, mantras and indie beats. Our hearts will open as we chant and sing together, being transported to a realm of peace, love and happiness.
Mantra Dance is both a very personal, intimate experience. As well as a full group connection. The night peaks with ecstatic dance and a transcendental high!
Then we take that joy and freedom, and let it absorb deep into our hearts with slower and more heartfelt movement and meditation. Bringing it back down to complete physical and spiritual rest in savasana and sacred yoga chanting.

Led by experienced yoga teacher and intuitive dancer Virginie Russo who will blend together her love of meditation, movement and dance. Picture a fun, free and uplifting 3.5hr event incorporating mantra tracks from many different genres including contemporary, interpretive, house, reggae, tribal, zumba, latino, freestyle and more.
The evening will conclude with a nourishing yogic dinner (gluten-free and vegan option available).
