Meet your Facilitator – Madana

Madana, your workshop facilitator, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to equip you with knowledge and skills to bring balance and vitality into your life. With over three decades of personal practice in yoga and meditation, Madana embodies the principles she teaches. Her journey into the world of Ayurveda as an in-training life coach adds a new dimension to her offerings, allowing her to blend ancient wisdom with modern lifestyle practices seamlessly.

Madana is a vocational education teacher and holds a Bachelor of FE&T, a Post Grad Cert in Education, TAE certification, and is a certified yoga teacher and meditation teacher. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Ayurveda Consulting and Mindful Mental Health. Her professional development includes Anxiety, Depression, CBT, and Anxiety in children and adolescents, Self-Awareness and Development and Complex Trauma. Madana’s commitment to well-being and lifelong learning is a testament to her dedication to helping others lead fulfilling, rewarding and harmonious lives.

Madana’s passion lies in empowering individuals to take charge of their health and wellness journey.
