What We Offer
Our Kirtan sessions weave live music with sacred yoga chants in a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere where you can easily experience peace and spiritual connection.
Deep Peace Classes
These blissful, fully guided sessions can help you overcome stress and anxieties, help relieve tension and calm the mind. Experience rest, recuperate and find heartfelt inner peace. Included in every session is guided breathing, mindfulness techniques, relaxation, and sacred music meditation (kirtan).
Mindfulness & Meditation Courses
You will experience powerful yet easy mindfulness and meditation techniques to calm your mind and guided relaxation to feel more grounded and centred. Learn how meditation you can nurture your inner spiritual needs and uncover deeper meaning and purpose.
We can bring any of our classes and programs to your community, business or friendship circle. We can also offer yoga asana classes, specialised workshops (such as stress management, dealing with anxiety or anger etc), and lifestyle and wellness workshops based around the teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Intro to breathwork, mindfulness and meditation
Join us for a relaxed, friendly and inspiring workshop to learn and experience a variety of meditation techniques. These session happen once a month on a Wednesday evening. Please click the link for dates.
Meet Chris and Anna, Your Meditation Hosts
Chris and Anna have been teachers with ASMY for over 20 years and 15 years respectively. They absolutely love to share the gifts of meditation to their community and over the years have offered classes at different ASMY centres around Australia, community centres, organisations, universities, festivals and the corporate sector.
