We invite you to join us for an evening of fully guided deep peace meditation to relax the body and mind. Incorporating breath work and mindfulness interwoven with wonderful sacred chanting meditation.

Inner Peace

People lead such busy and complex lives, we all need to have down time and meditation is the perfect solution for many of life’s difficulties. Meditation reduces symptoms of stress, helps manage anxiety, improves mental focus, promotes inner peace, happiness and greatly improves one’s quality of life. Meditation is what we all need, we just don’t know it until we try it.

Wear comfortable clothing. You can sit on a chair or cushion.

Madana

Madana is a teacher and practitioner of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and a lifestyle coach. She has been teaching and practicing throughout her life both overseas and interstate. Her delivery is caring, attentive and personal.

Gaura Lila is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, having taught for many years in Sydney and overseas.  Her teaching style is warm, inviting and nurturing.
