Namaste. We invite you to our classes located in the heart of Southport, close to public transport. You’ll find it easy to relax and unwind in our tranquil and refreshing hatha yoga asana and meditation programs. Our community classes are an opportunity for everybody to experience the deeply rejuvenating and uplifting benefits of hatha yoga asanas and meditation. Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel.

Easy Yoga Asana
This class features gentle stretching, relaxation, meditation and kirtan, helping to relieve tension in the body and the mind. You will leave feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm.
Thursdays 9.15am – 10.15am
Southport Community Centre, 6 Lawson Street. This class is held in the main hall on the ground floor.
$3. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel.

Kirtan At The
Clap, sway and dance as we weave together melody, music and mantra. Immerse yourself in this simultaneously meditative, exhilarating and fun activity known as kirtan, the heart and soul of yoga.

A designated community centre car park can be accessed from Garden St. There is also free 2hr parking at Australia Fair (Young St) and Southport Central (Lawson St). The community centre is a 1 minute walk from the bus stop
