Kirtan meditation is the song of the soul and a resting place for the agitated heart and mind. The mind by nature is always active, even when we sleep, our minds are still constantly working and providing us with false promises of happiness. Give your yourself a break with this easy form of meditation and discover how peacefulness and happiness can be found within.
The evening’s programme will consist of Kirtan, guided meditation, a short Yoga wisdom talk and will be followed by a delicious vegetarian meal, so that we can get to know one another.
