Join us for a half day of meditation immersion in a relaxed setting. Learn effective meditation practices that you can add to your lives on a daily basis to bring about positive transformation.

Explore wisdom to cultivate inner peace, resilience, and happiness. Finish with a delicious plant based afternoon tea and take-home meditation kit.

The meditation practices we will be sharing are part of the ancient Yoga system and they offer real and practical solutions to our modern day challenges.

The path of Yoga Meditation is an enlightening path that helps one successfully travel the path of life itself. A path that offers a refuge from the storms of life; a path where the rugged mountains become small easily climbed hills; a path that enables us to integrate, harmonize, and surcharge with deep meaning and purpose, every aspect of our life, even the seemingly mundane.

This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners to regular practitioners. It includes time to learn and experience different meditation practices and wisdom to help you establish a firm foundation for adding this ancient practice to your life in a way that is sustainable for your unique situation.

We are also running a Mantra Meditation Experience session at Sandgate after the completion of this workshop from 5 pm to 6:30 pm. You are very welcome to come for it as well!

Your Hosts:

Amit is a practitioner of mantra meditation for over 10 years. After some tough times in his life, and always feeling unfulfilled in the happiness derived from the “external”, he started on the journey of self-discovery. He was fortunate enough to come across a genuine selfless spiritual teacher from whom he has received these ancient meditation practices that is available to everyone to cultivate lasting peace and deeper happiness.

Chantelle has been applying the Yoga Lifestyle in her life for over ten years. It has deeply transformed her from the inside-out. She finds joy from sharing all the tools, resources and inspirations that have been instrumentals in her own journey with others and supporting them to make simple changes in their life so they can experience the many benefits from this amazing process.
