This Ayurveda for Yoga workshop will guide you through understanding how to grasp and implement some of the foundational wisdom and practices of Ayurveda to support your yoga (self-discovery) journey. This event will take you on an interactive exploration through the Elements, Dosha’s, and Mantra-Meditation techniques to develop self-awareness and support
wellbeing.
