- 500 g self-raising flour
- 250 g raw sugar
- 3 large apples, chopped
- 250 g dairy or vegan butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons dairy or coconut yoghurt
- 1½ cups milk dairy or plant based
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to moderate 180°C (350°F). Mix dry ingredients and apple together. Mix melted butter, yoghurt, milk and vanilla together. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured cake tin. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown. When a skewer is inserted it should come out clean.
