Often described as “meditation of the heart”, kirtan is the hearing and singing of mantras / spiritual sounds. Weaving together melody, music and mantra, kirtan is an interactive experience which is simultaneously meditative and joyful. Kirtan is yoga’s most essential and valuable treasure because it nourishes a person’s deepest needs; inner peace, spiritual happiness, freedom from fear and heartfelt connection with the Supreme Soul and others in spiritual love.
Bring your friends, have a night off of cooking, enjoy a tasty vegan curry (not spicy hot) and enjoy the profound benefits of beautiful kirtan meditation.
