Our Kirtan Programmes
Kirtan is the heart and soul of yoga. Kirtan, the singing or chanting of sacred mantras, or Transcendental Sound, is an easy yet sublime method of yoga meditation that has been practiced since time immemorial. It is the recommended process for self-realization in the modern age and has the gradual effect of cleansing your heart and mind, helping you to awaken and cultivate your inherent wisdom and spiritual love.

Soulful Sunday
5:00pm - 7:00pm
On 'Soulful Sunday" a variety of kirtan leaders will take you on a soothing inward journey with wisdom and sacred sound to a place deep within, a place of refuge from the storms of life, a place of peace and harmony. Includes delicious veg/vegan dinner. $5 donation.
Wednesday Wind Down
6:30pm - 8:00pm
Freedom Friday
6:30pm - 8:00pm
Friday evening is a 'kirtan only' evening with the Harinama Brothers. Enjoy both mellow and spirited, uninterrupted kirtan for an hour and a half. Chant your worries away and find peace and joy in transcendental sound. $5 donation.

Gayatri, Anah, Kelly and Angela are all long term practitioners of kirtan and through the regular practic of kirtan have come to understand their identity as spirit souls, therefore Soul Sistas are sisters in the truest sense of the word.
