My classes are a gentle challenge of the mind and body as we explore together with curiosity and in a playful manner the connection between these two.  I will remind you and encourage you through the class to bring a smile into your practice.

Learning how to slow down through mindful breathing, awareness of the body and the sensations that we feel in he moment is the tru yoga asana practice.

Letting go, peeling off labels, connecting to your inner self is what yoga is all about and is a transformative experience. I hope you can join me as we explore the world of yoga together.
