Yoga Teacher

Hello everyone,  I’m Alla, and my journey with yoga has been unfolding for the past 16 years. It’s been quite a ride, filled with moments of deep introspection and growth. Yoga, for me, goes beyond the physical postures; it’s a profound exploration of self-discovery and spiritual connection.

Since completing my initial 200-hour yoga teacher training seven years ago, I’ve had the privilege of sharing what I’ve learned with others. In December 2022, I furthered my training with an additional 300 hours, becoming a certified 500-hour yoga teacher.

From the very first time I stepped onto the mat, I felt an undeniable pull towards yoga’s transformative power. It’s more than just stretching and bending; it’s a sacred journey towards inner harmony and awakening.

Exploring the spiritual aspects of yoga has been particularly enriching for me. Practices like Kirtan, Japa meditation, and devotion service (Sadhana Bhakti) have become integral parts of my journey. They’re not just rituals; they’re tools for finding peace within and connecting with something greater than ourselves.

Being part of the Australian School of Meditation and Yoga brings me immense joy. There’s a special magic in connecting with fellow seekers, creating a supportive space where we can all grow in our practice together.

When you step into my classes, you’ll feel the warmth and compassion that I strive to embody. My aim is to create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your practice, free from judgment and full of love and acceptance.

While we’ll certainly move our bodies and flow through sequences, my classes are about more than just physical exercise. I believe in yoga’s power to transform the mind and spirit, guiding us towards a life of mindfulness, kindness, and joy.

In our sessions, we’ll blend movement, breathwork, and meditation to create a holistic experience that nourishes your entire being. My favorite styles, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, serve as gateways to strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
