Deep Peace Meditation
There will be no classes on Public Holidays.
Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of Yoga Relaxation and Mantra Meditation. These ancient yoga practices can help you overcome stress and anxiety and help relieve tension and calm the mind. This is 45 minutes of bliss. It feels wonderful and helps you experience perfect rest and recuperation. This class will transport you to a place of pure relaxation of mind, body and heart.
When: Friday 10:45am – 11:30am.
Where: Gold Coast Cycle Centre, Hope St - On Friday May 12 this class will be held in room 1 at the Nerang Bicentennial Hall (833 Southport Nerang Road, Nerang)
Cost: Free Community Class
FREE – donations are welcome. No need to book. Please bring a yoga mat.
