Easy Stretch

Easy/stretch classes provide a good, deep stretch for every body. In this class you’ll loosen stiff joints and ease out aching muscles while soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. Easy classes are gentle, slower moving and lots of instructions are given. They are a great way to start if you’ve never practiced yoga asanas before or if it's been a while since you’ve attended a class. It is also a wonderful class for the regular practitioner who wants an all over stretch.

Easy Vin Yin

This class involves a wonderful combination of an easy flow with long-hold deep stretch yin.  It is similtaneously both energising and relaxing.  Suitable for beginners, this class is great for all levels.

Full Deep Body Stretch

This class will give you a full, deep all over stretch for the whole body. We focus on releasing stress and tension from the hips, spine and shoulders to allow you to experience a wonderful relief and feeling of freedom.  Suitable for all levels.

Hatha

Hatha Yoga classes are slower moving, poses are held longer and the focus on deep stretching and strengthening.  Hatha Yoga is very grounding and increases focus and stamina.

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow class uses classical yoga postures that flow from one to another but it is slower moving and the poses are held for several breaths.

Vinyasa Flow

This class is a flowing vinyasa style class using sequential movement that interlinks postures to form a continuous flow. It is excellent for increasing aerobic fitness and strength as well as flexibility. Vinyasa is a stronger style of class and a little more challenging. However as with all our classes easy options are given, so you can make it as easy or challenging as you’d like.

Power Vinyasa

A challenging class to increase fitness, strength and stamina, Power Vinyasa is a class that blends a breath to movement practice. It is a full body flow that builds core strength which helps to improve posture. The warmth built from the flow allows the space for deep stretching and relaxation at the end.

Gentle Yin

We combine shorter yin stretches with restorative poses for a gentle opening and releasing of the body.  This is a great class for those who struggle with the longer holds in a traditional yin class.  It is a gentle but deep stretch class suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. It also focuses on stretching and stimulating different acupressure points from Traditional Chinese Medicine. In Yin Yoga, we hold mostly passive poses for about two to five minutes to work into our connective tissues. The more we work our fascial system and deep tissues, the less dense and tight our bodies become as we age. Movement and stretching hydrate fascia and literally help slow the aging process.
