About Veda Yoga Teacher Trainer Margaret (Vrndavan dasi)

Vrndavan dasi has been practicing yoga and meditation since her early twenties. She and her husband raised their six children in the yoga lifestyle. Wanting to share the wonderful lifestyle she had found, Vrndavan dasi started teaching meditation and yoga over 30 years ago. She developed a yoga and meditation teacher training course and has trained not only Australians but also people in the USA, Asia, India and New Zealand. Her calming presence and skillful guidance create a peaceful, nourishing yoga experience.
