Yoga Teacher
Hello all!
My name is Julia and I began my practice in 2015 in the United States. I fell in love with power yoga and vinyasa as it was the perfect way for me to recenter my mind and relieve stress. The more I went, the better I felt. I just couldn’t get enough. In 2017, I completed RYT200 in Power Vinyasa Yoga which blended breath to movement with strength.
Throughout the years, I have taught a variety of classes from Bikram to Vinyasa to Restorative. I am always eager to challenge myself and make every class unique with flavours of different yoga styles.
On a personal note, I moved to Australia from the United States in 2020. I enjoy going to the farmers market, making vegan treats, and spending time with my fluffy rescue cat named Monty.. hence, the reason my yoga pants often attract cat hair. I am also very passionate about people and look forward to connecting with you all 🙂
