After finishing uni and then back packing in several countries, I returned to Adelaide not knowing what to do next. Fortunately I came into contact with The Australian School of Meditation & Yoga and my life changed for the better. 22 years later I am still walking the Yoga path and I have been teaching Meditation since the year 2000. My yoga asana practice started when I was struggling with knee pain, stiffness and having difficulty in going down stairs following four knee operations.
