Anji was introduced to yoga asanas at the age of 14 through school sport. She memorised the sequences so she could continue to practice at home in her own time. As her love for yoga asanas grew so did her desire to learn about the yogic lifestyle – because yoga is so much more than asanas. Having been to many studios to practice, watching countless YouTube videos and listening to podcasts on the subject, Anji decided to complete her teacher training, having achieved her 200 hour in 2021.

Anji is passionate about making yoga asanas accessible through precise, easy to understand cueing as well as offering modifications to allow everyone the opportunity to experience yoga. She is also passionate about mindfulness and meditation more specifically its capacity to bring calm, radiance and vitality.
