Andrew has been teaching yoga & meditation for 15 years. The yoga lifestyle was the catalyst to making many positive changes to his life and now he loves nothing more than to share that gift with others. Andrew teaches an easy physical yoga class with a good balance of breathing, relaxation and meditation (very suitable for ironing out aches and pains, and for those wanting a simple stretch class). His most popular class every Saturday down at Burleigh Beach is known for attracting up to 200 people!
