Yoga Teacher

I’ve had the pleasure of teaching at ASMY since February 2018, but my yoga journey actually began back in the late 1980s when I started attending classes. Yoga has truly been a transformative force in my life, both physically and mentally, and I’m passionate about sharing its many benefits with others.

Each week I aim to create a balanced and enjoyable asana class where participants can stretch, strengthen and find a sense of relaxation. I really enjoy seeing people connect with their practice and experience its positive impact.

When I’m not teaching or working full time, you’ll find me indulging in my love for travel, long hikes and cycling – ideally all in one adventurous trip!

I currently take the 6pm Monday evening class at ASMY. I have a friendly and systematic approach to the classes, incorporating creative flow sequences to build strength, with a focus on breath and awareness. I look forward to practicing with you!
