Brittney’s yoga journey began at the Australian School of Meditation & Yoga in 2019, where she first experienced the grounding and heart-centred approach that continues to shape her practice today. Since then, yoga has remained a steady thread throughout her life, not only as a physical practice, but as a way of living with greater mindfulness, balance, and self-awareness.

With a professional background in counselling, Brittney brings warmth, emotional intelligence, and a trauma-informed lens to her teaching. She creates a calm, inclusive space where students feel safe to move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. While her classes are grounded in presence and intention, she also enjoys guiding strong, energising flows that gently challenge students and build resilience, encouraging both physical strength and inner steadiness.
