Hatha Yoga Class

Hatha yoga increases flexibility, strengthens and tones muscles, balances hormones, cleanses and flushes all the internal systems of the body. It also calms the mind and reduces stress.

Classes are suitable for all levels with a strong focus on working within your body’s limitation. We use breath and awareness as guide to go deeper in your asanas. Hence, your body is safe and experiences the benefits of Hatha yoga.

Every Tuesday 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Adults - $12 per class, $60 for 6 classes
Concession - $10 per class, $50 for 6 classes


Deep Peace Meditation™

Unwind from your day by experiencing the benefits of mantra meditation. Meditation offers you the experience of awareness, restfulness, relaxation and calmness in mind and body. Interwoven with guided breathing and insights from the sacred yoga teachings; you will experience how these ancient practices can help overcome stress and anxieties, relieve tension and calm the mind. Learn easy and practical techniques that you can use in your life to achieve inner peace and balance.

What to expect
You can sit on a cushion or a chair. Everything is full guided and hand outs are provided so it is easy to follow along. Wear whatever you will feel comfortable sitting in and something to keep you warm.

What to bring
Chairs are provided. Optional BYO cushion and blanket for your own comfort.

Natalie is a fun and energetic teacher who finds the balance between challenging her students and doing the core poses well. Every class is unique with a real emphasis on students needs and their areas of tension.



Sean is a calm friendly teacher who focuses on yoga alignment and breath. With over 14 years of teaching experience you will find Sean's very relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time.


We teach at the Sherwood Neighbourhood Centre. A very tranquil environment conducive for yoga asanas, relaxation and meditation.
