These tasty, nutritious iceblocks are a nice cooling delicacy that the whole family will love! Plus they are versatile – if you don’t have these fruit feel free to replace them with what you do have – mangoes and grapes would be delicious!
10 ice block moulds
10 paddle pop sticks
2 Tbsp maple syrup or other natural sweetener
Juice of one lemon
1 cup water
½ white nectarine
½ yellow peach
50 g cherries
½ cup mint leaves
Combine water, sweetener and lemon juice.
Thinly slice the fruit and arrange with the mint leaves in the ice block moulds. Add the liquid, insert the stick and freeze until set.
