OMG these are the absolute bomb! Easy to make and easy to eat and I mean the whole tray lol.
Biscuit Base
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1 cup Macadamia Nuts
- 3 tbs Maple Syrup
- 3 tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 tbs Nut Butter
- Pinch Himalayan Salt
Process nuts, add other ingredients, pour into lined tin and freeze until firm
Salted Caramel Layer
- 2 cups Pitted Madjool Dates (if you are strapped for cash 2 cups soaked drained dried dates)
- 2 tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt Chocolate Coating
Add all ingredients and blend pour over firm biscuit base and freeze until firm
Chocolate Topping
- 8 tbs Coconut Oil, melted
- 10 tbs Organic Cacao Powder
- 3 tbs Maple Syrup

Blend all ingredients
To Assemble
Remove from freezer and cut into bars using a hot knife Top with 1/2 macadamia nuts in a row Place onto baking sheets, drizzle chocolate sauce and freeze until firm
