Raw Gluten Free Vegan Salted Caramel Macadamia Nut Bars

OMG these are the absolute bomb! Easy to make and easy to eat and I mean the whole tray lol.

Biscuit Base

  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts
  • 3 tbs Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbs Nut Butter
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt

Process nuts, add other ingredients, pour into lined tin and freeze until firm

Salted Caramel Layer

  • 2 cups Pitted Madjool Dates (if you are strapped for cash 2 cups soaked drained dried dates)
  • 2 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt Chocolate Coating

Add all ingredients and blend pour over firm biscuit base and freeze until firm

Chocolate Topping

  • 8 tbs Coconut Oil, melted
  • 10 tbs Organic Cacao Powder
  • 3 tbs Maple Syrup

Blend all ingredients

To Assemble

Remove from freezer and cut into bars using a hot knife Top with 1/2 macadamia nuts in a row Place onto baking sheets, drizzle chocolate sauce and freeze until firm
