These quick to prepare health balls can be stored for when you want a little treat and want to keep it nourishing. Or share with your friends ☺️
Ingredients:
300gm almond meal
300gm pitted dates
2 heaped tablespoons almond butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 cup desiccated coconut for rolling
Method:
Food process the above ingredients, except for the coconut, until smooth. You may need to add a teaspoon or two of water to bring it together.
Roll into balls about a tablespoon each and roll in coconut.
