Quick to whip up, simple and refreshing!
2/3 cup of each: fresh squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, grapefruit juice
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp orange blossom water (found at health food shops or Lebanese shops)
1 grapefruit quartered sliced thinly
1/2 cup loosely fresh mint
1.25L chilled sparkling mineral water
Mix all ingredients and place grapefruit pieces and mint leaves in a glass jar.
Serve over ice.
