Vegan Spiced Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

3 large ripe organic bananas
400ml organic coconut cream
375g peanut butter (or any nut/ seed butter)
400ml date syrup ( I found it at woollies or Lebanese shops)- can substitute for maple syrup or coconut syrup
3 tbs of organic carob powder (found at health food shop)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbs orange zest
Or if you have essential oils use:
2 drops of each: cardamom, ginger, cinnamon essential oil
10 drops orange essential oil
Blend all ingredients in a blender until well combined and smooth
Place in a glass container and freeze it for 24 hrs
To serve let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften
Garnish with organic cacao nibs, organic toasted coconut flakes.
(can use frozen bananas and serve immediately or to speed up freezing time)
