Jane’s Chai Spiced Goji Energy Balls

Ingredients:

4 cups oats (280g) lightly toasted
2 cups cashews (260g) lightly toasted
40g sunflower seeds lightly toasted
4 dessert spoons carob powder
60g coconut desiccated
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
Pinch cloves
Pinch cardamom
Pinch sea salt
400g dates
75g Goji berries
10 Tablespoons boiled water

 

Method:

1. Process dry ingredients into powder form
2. Process dates and goji berries until they are completely broken down
3. Then process everything together, slowly start adding water as needed
4. Roll into balls, store in fridge, up to week, enjoy 😋

You could substitute goji berries for cranberry, fig or whatever 😉

Makes around 36 Bliss Balls
