1 cup cashews (soaked in hot water for at least 1 hour)
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon savoury/nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
