Our Meditation Programs
At Australian School of Meditation & Yoga, we give all our meditation programs and kirtan for free, (donations welcome and appreciated) because everyone should have the opportunity to receive the gift of meditation and experience the amazing benefits that it has to offer.
If you would like to learn mindfulness and meditation to gain more inner peace and to deal with stress more effectively, or you would like a regular group meditation program to go to, or you’re wanting to delve deeper into meditation, we offer a variety of wonderful meditation programs to choose from.
Deep Peace, Relaxation & Kirtan Meditation
Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of yoga relaxation and sacred mantra meditation. These ancient yoga practices can help you overcome stress and anxieties, help relieve tension and calm the mind. This session feels blissful and helps you to experience heartfelt inner peace. Fully guided breathing, mindfulness, relaxation, and sacred music meditation (kirtan).
Tuesdays 7:30 – 8:30 pm (Mindfulness & Sacred Music Meditation (Kirtan)
Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:15 pm (Deep Peace)
FREE – Donations are welcome. No booking required. Everyone welcome.
Discover Mindfulness & Meditation Workshops
Learn effective mindfulness and meditation practices to experience a deeper sense of peace and more harmony in your daily life. You will discover how to apply practical mindfulness and meditation skills to calm your mind, release tension, stress, and anxiety which in turn improves both your physical and mental well-being. Through Meditation you will also develop more wisdom and insights, gaining a greater understanding of life. You can experience inner peace and lasting happiness by reawakening your natural spiritual consciousness and becoming self-realized.
The workshops includes 21 days of free online support. In line with ancient tradition all meditation programs are free of charge however donations are welcome and appreciated.

Kirtan - Sacred Chanting Meditation
Kirtan is an inspiring and heartwarming practice of group meditation using sacred mantras and music. It is a wonderful and easy way to practice meditation which is both spiritually uplifting and very relaxing. Kirtan meditation brings peace and happiness to our heart, and a deep inner connection and satisfaction for the soul.
Everyone is welcome.
