Experience the deeply restorative power of yoga relaxation and meditation. These age-old techniques aid an individual in achieving blissful rest, rejuvenation and a sense of overall well being.

Our classes are fully guided and offer practical methods to add to your lifestyle. These ancient practices help overcome stress and anxieties, relieve tension and calm the mind.

We practice Kirtan Meditation which is one of the oldest meditation practice from the east and at the same time, is the fastest growing meditation practice in the west.

It is a very simple and guided group meditation process, where you focus your mind and your heart in hearing and singing of the wonderful mantras (sacred yoga sound vibrations). The mantras are lead and guided by the instructor, accompanied with relaxing live music.

You will experience, as the heading says “deep peace” and inner joy during and after the class. And this is just the beginning!

What to expect: You can laydown, sit on a cushion or a chair. Everything is fully guided. Wear whatever you will feel comfortable in and something to keep you warm during the cooler seasons.

What to bring: Please bring one or two small cushions and a yoga mat if you have one.
