A holistic Yoga and Meditation Studio
As an holistic studio, in addition to our yoga asana classes, weekly meditation and relaxation programs, we also have yoga philosophy classes, learn to meditate classes and our popular Sunday Kirtan Meditation program which includes spiritual insights and a delicious vegetarian dinner. Our programs will leave you feeling energized, relaxed and peaceful.

Yoga is the most ancient system for physical, mental and spiritual well-being in the world. The Sanskrit meaning of the word is union of the individual self with the Supreme Self (Original Cause) in a loving, harmonious relationship. The aim of the different yoga processes is to ultimately help the individual achieve complete harmony. The different systems of yoga have techniques and practices ranging from physical postures (asanas), to the deepest stages of meditation, all aimed toward helping a person achieve optimum physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Following ancient tradition, a yoga class at ASMY will include a wonderful balance of asanas (exercise), breathing (pranayama), meditation and kirtan.

Start your day the right way with a one hour session to stretch and energise. A gentle flow designed to wake up the body with breathing, meditation and relaxation. Gently stretch out your body and welcome a new day. Accessible for all levels.
9:30 – 10:45am w/ Sam
These classes feature flowing and strengthening stretches to get the energy and circulation moving. It also includes breath work and meditation to relieve tension in the body and the mind. You will leave feeling alive and with a sense of peace and inner calm.
