Deep Peace Relaxation and Meditation

Our classes are fully guided and offer practical methods to add to your lifestyle. These ancient practices help overcome stress and anxieties, relieve tension and calm the mind.
What to expect : You can laydown, sit on a cushion or a chair. Everything is fully guided. Wear whatever you will feel comfortable in and something to keep you warm during the cooler seasons.
What to bring: Please bring one or two small cushions and a yoga mat if you have one
