Stretch, Relax and Discover Meditation

Meditation can help you in developing positive traits such as compassion, forgiveness, tolerance and inner peace.
Join me on a Tuesday evening at 7pm until 8.30pm. The class will give you the tools that you need to transform your life.
Focus your mind on the body, with gentle stretches and breathing exercises, then, calm the mind with ancient meditation techniques which you can add to your daily life.
