We will start with a wonderful stretch yoga session for hips & legs, complimented with a long yoga nidra session for complete rest and relaxation. You will then learn the ancient practice of Japa Meditation to soothe and restore. This will be followed by the uplifting Kirtan Acoustic Meditation to bring joy to the heart. We then dive deep into some ancient yogic wisdom to help us navigate stress and anxiety.
You will be treated to a vegan curry & rice dinner and time to connect with other like minded participants. The evening will conclude with more Kirtan Meditation to nourish the soul!
