This course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and consists of guided meditations, mindfulness, yoga philosophy talks, kirtan and Q & A time. Your meditation teachers are warm, friendly and have been practicing and teaching meditation for more than 10 years.
This 3 part course runs on 3 consecutive Monday evenings – 22nd August, 29th August and 2nd September 2019 from 7:30-9pm.
