Come along to our FREE 3-part course for Mindful May and discover tools that you can apply in your life to cultivate an enjoyable and fulfilling meditation practice, in a way that suits your own circumstances. A regular meditation practice helps improve quality of life, increases mental focus and confidence, helps you develop positive traits like compassion and kindness, and much more!
This course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and consists of guided meditations, mindfulness, yoga philosophy talks, kirtan and Q & A time. Your meditation teachers are warm, friendly and have been practicing and teaching meditation for more than 10 years.
This 3 part course runs on 3 consecutive Monday evenings – 6th, 13th and 20th May 2019 from 7:30-9pm.
