Like a dark cloud hovering within us, anger is a heavy burden that causes immense mental and emotional suffering and can even manifest itself as physical disease. On the other hand, there are few things that bring as much happiness as heartfelt forgiveness. Unfortunately, too few people have experienced the happiness that comes from truly and deeply forgiving someone who has wronged us.

Learn how our meditation practice can help us transform the darkness of anger and lift the burden from our hearts, minds and bodies as well as strengthen the inner “forgiveness muscle” that all of us possess.

Radha Krishna Das has been a student and practitioner of yoga philosophy and the yoga lifestyle for the past 35 years.
