At this Life-Enhancement Evening, I will be speaking on “Mindfulness”.
Mindfulness cultivates a real experience of who we are and that we are separate from our minds and helps bring about a sense of inner calm. It’s not just theoretical, superficial, or temporary, but comes from a place of real understanding of who we are. In this Mindfulness workshop you will learn:
*How to practice mindfulness meditation
*How to make mindfulness a practical application in your daily life.
*How to use mindfulness as a tool to live a more meaningful, peaceful and happy existence.
At these ‘Life-Enhancement Evenings’, we will be exploring ways to improve our lives from the wisdom of the ancient Vedas. This great wisdom has been passed down by self-realised yoga masters since time immemorial, however, even in this modern world, this knowledge is so relevant and practical, it can be easily applied in our lives.
Each Life Enhancement Workshop will include practical meditation techniques such as Mantra breathing, mindfulness, japa meditation and kirtan as well as refreshments to you allow you time to ask questions, socialise and hang out with like-minded souls.
26 years ago, I began exploring the ocean of spiritual knowledge contained in the Vedas and it completely and utterly transformed my life. I am now trying to pass on this wonderful gift to others in the hope that they will reap the many benefits that I have. I hope you can join me for this inspiring exploration.
