We have ever-increasing access to information – downtime no longer seems to exist. Stress is inescapable.
This workshop will present a number of powerful and practical techniques you can apply in your life to reduce and manage stress effectively. It will draw awareness to the stress cycle, which seems hard to get off. You will learn strategies to build resilience capacity in your life to minimize the impact of stressful conditions. You will also develop simple techniques to apply daily to reduce stress and extremely importantly, recognize mind clutter and its role in increasing stress levels. Harnessing the power of mindfulness will enable you to transform your life to maintain balance and harmony in any situation (no matter how difficult) and connect to your inner self.
