Take a Life Audit with the Bhagavad-Gita

A life audit is taking time out to reflect on your life. Asking yourself those big questions, Where am I going in my life? Is my life heading in the right direction? Do I need a different direction? Am I happy? What do I actually want out of life?

When we do a life audit, most of us focus primarily on our material needs and wants, however in order to live a balanced life, we also need to take into consideration our spiritual needs as well. A good example is going to the gym and leg pressing only your right leg. Your right leg will become very strong and muscular, but the left leg will be withered and unhealthy, eventually leading to imbalance in the body and the many long term health issues that stem from this imbalance.

To live a healthy, balanced, harmonious and fulfilling life, we need to balance our material and spiritual needs. Most of us are well aware of our material needs, but what about our spiritual needs? How do I do that, how do I fulfil those spiritual needs? How do I even know what my spiritual needs are?

Enter the Bhagavad-Gita! Many people probably haven’t even heard of this wonderful, life-transforming literature, this spiritual instruction book on how to live a balanced life. If more people were aware of it’s existence and followed it’s teaching, the world would be a much more peaceful place.

In this three part course we will be exploring the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad-Gita and learning how to apply it’s teachings in in our daily life.

Part 1 (11th March) – Viewing life through a different lens
Understanding your true nature, your real essence will change the way you view the world and give you a completely new perspective on life. It will have a positive effect on everything from how you live your life, how you relate to others to your life goals, desires and achievements.

Part 2 (18th March) – Taking Shelter from the Storms of Life
Learn where to find real shelter and how to deal with the storms of life through the wisdom of the Bhagavad-gita.

Part 3 (25th March) – Setting Life Goals – The Path to Transcendence
In this class we will be learning how to set life goals of a spiritual nature. Eternal goals that will help us not only in this life, but beyond.

25 years ago, I began exploring the ocean of spiritual knowledge contained in the Bhagavad-Gita and it completely and utterly transformed my life. I am now trying to pass on this wonderful gift to others in the hope that they will reap the many benefits that I have. I hope you can join me for this inspiring, transcendental exploration.
