Meditation Workshop – De-stress and Learn to Relax with Meditation

Stress has become an intrinsic part of life in this modern world we live in. Everything feels like it is speeding up. Our minds are becoming more agitated and most of us are overwhelmed trying to fit everything into our lives and there just never seem to be enough hours in the day. “Stop the world I want to get off!”

Haven’t we all had that though at different times in our lives? Well the good news is that there is a simple solution to dealing with stress – meditation. Meditation is a time-tested, ancient practice that has been applied by millions of people throughout history and is still around today, and even more popular than ever because it is simple, enjoyable and it best of all, it truly works!

ASMY is offering a 2 hour meditation workshop to give you the tools you need to cope with the stresses of life. In our course you will learn simple, effective techniques that can be easily applied in your daily life to your own unique situation.

This workshop is taught by experienced, warm and friendly meditation teacher, Gopala Dasi, and is suitable for absolute beginners, advanced practitioners and everyone in-between. It includes a number of different breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques, kirtan, yoga philosophy and time for questions and answers.
