We will take you through meditation tools that you can apply in your life to cultivate an enjoyable and fulfilling meditation practice, in a way that suits your own circumstances. Through experience our meditation teachers can attest that a regular meditation practice helps reduce stress, improve well being, and helps develop positive traits like compassion, kindness, and tolerance.
This course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and consists of guided meditations, mindfulness, kirtan meditation and Q & A time.
This 2-part course runs on 2 consecutive Monday evenings – 30th March and 6th April 2020.
Cost: $30 with a complete meditation kit which consists of 2 DVDs, Meditation Beads, Booklet, 1 CD + Digital Music Download to assist in your meditation practice. Or by donation without meditation kit.
