ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Amara Cauci is an experienced, enthusiastic, fully qualified kids’ meditation and yoga instructor who is trained to work with children and young people. She is the Mindful Kids coordinator and also the studio manager at the Australian School of Meditation & Yoga. She holds senior first aid qualifications and a current Working with Children check. She is beyond excited to run our Mindful Kids Meditation & Yoga programs and share what has changed her life with the yogis of the future!
