Come along to our 2-part meditation workshop and learn how meditation can transform our lives, allowing us to experience deeper peace, happiness and clarity of mind. It can provide a firm foundation to weather the storms of life!
Join our down to earth meditation teacher Chris, who has been passing on the gifts of meditation for over 20 years. Chris will take you through meditation tools that you can apply in your life to cultivate an enjoyable and fulfilling meditation practice, in a way that suits your own circumstances. Discover how a regular meditation practice can help reduce stress, improve well being and help develop positive traits like compassion, kindness, and tolerance.
This course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and consists of guided meditations, mindfulness, kirtan meditation and Q & A time.
This is a 2-part course that runs over 2 consecutive Monday evenings – 10th and 17th August 2020. You are very welcome to attend either one or both sessions.

Part two: Delving deeper into understanding meditation and your spiritual nature
Cost: Either $30 with a complete meditation kit which consists of 2 DVDs, Meditation Beads, Booklet, 1 CD + Digital Music Download to assist in your meditation practice. Or there is an option of a free ticket without the meditation kit.
