Chris started his meditation journey over 20 years ago when he attended his first meditation class in Adelaide. From there his journey of self-discovery and applying these practices to his life has given purpose, meaning and more peace and happiness in his life. Due to this, he has dedicated his life to passing on the wonderful gift of meditation to others. Over the years Chris has taught meditation all over Australia and to different organisations, communities, universities, festivals, exhibitions and the general public.
