More about Janmastami:
Krishna appears in His original transcendental form in order to make it possible for us to meditate upon Him and re-establish our loving relationship with Him. This relationship is the source of all happiness and satisfaction and, in fact, the real meaning of the word “Yoga”. Krishna’s advent in this world is an extension of His love and an invitation to us all to experience that deeper love and connection that our hearts yearn for. Through the practice of kirtan meditation, pure spiritual love is awakened in our hearts, and we come to experience this ocean of love and union with our Supreme friend.
The auspicious advent of Sri Krishna is enthusiastically celebrated throughout India and around the world by millions of people from all cultures and backgrounds and is known as Janmastami.
We hope you can join us for this special day.
Jaya Sri Krishna & Happy Janmastami!
