This half day retreat will be held in the beautiful Adelaide hills, the perfect place to get out into nature and spend time with like-minded people. Our yoga and meditation program is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to long time practitioners.

9:50am – meet at Adelaide Hills Social Club
10:00am – Hike to Mount George Conservation Park and around the Ridge loop trail (Moana, ancient yoga wisdom, bird/wildlife watching, refreshments)
12:00pm – return to social club for yoga asana class
1:00pm – Yogic relaxation, mindfulness, meditation
1:30pm – Lunch
2:00pm – End of retreat day
