We often spend most of our time looking after others and neglect our own health in the process. Our Healing Journey Retreat Day is the perfect way to take some much needed time out to focus on our own health and wellbeing.
A large majority of people suffer from stress and anxiety in this fast modern world where so many expectations and responsibilities are placed upon us. Even raising a family in these times can cause a great deal of stress, let alone working in at high pressure job, studying for a degree or simply struggling to make ends meet.
At this relaxed, intimate retreat day we will be gently guiding you through a number of easy yoga asanas (suitable for all body types and levels) to reduce stress and tension, breathwork to calm the mind and relax the body and a number of simple meditation techniques to help you to easily deal with stress on a day to day basis
1:00pm Welcome and introduction on dealing with stress and anxiety
1:30pm Yoga for stress (approx 30 min) – breathwork and meditations (approx 30 min)
2:30pm – Socialise with like-minded people and enjoy a bottomless cup of chai
3:00pm – Yoga for anxiety (aprox. 30 min), breathwork and meditations (approx 30 min)
4:00pm – Afternoon tea
4:30pm – Yoga nidra, breathwork and meditation
5:30pm Program Concludes
$49 (plus Eventbrite fees) includes afternoon tea, chai, take home meditation pack and 21 days of follow up emails to help you to make meditation a daily habit.
